To improve your access to the surgery you can now send admin and NON URGENT clinical queries online (via the web or the NHS App). We aim to answer your query within 2 working days.
You can book an appointment with a GP on-line, request repeat prescriptions or have access to view your summary care record or more detailed care record.
You will need to complete a request form to enable this and read through the patient information leaflet. Once you have a user name and password you can click on the link below to access this online service.
Documents are available here though to register you will need to bring some form of official identification eg your passport to the surgery – this is for security reasons. Please contact the surgery for further information.
