Teenage Health

We offer a discrete and confidential service for teenagers to discuss any health issues with either the doctor or practice nurse.

There are many resources available to help you if you need information or support with aspects of your life and health. And remember you can always make an appointment to speak to any GP alone or with a friend or family member.

If you have significant concerns about the mental health of a young person you can make a confidential referral here: CAMHS Self-referral | Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
